SHANTREL OWEN I cannot say enough about the amazing experience from the staff to the knowledgeable answers I got to my million and one questions! I have something amazing to say about each person that makes up this wonderful team, but I would like to give a special shout out to Dr Vinay Gunnala. He is hands down the best Dr I’ve ever had! I was skeptical about having a Male fertility specialist, but he honestly is the best. He made me and my wife so comfortable. His bedside manners were great and most of all he has more compassion than any Dr I’ve had. He really cares for his patients. Dr Vinay Gunnala right away was concerned about my endometriosis, and he was able to give me answers and make me feel comfortable to follow through with surgery which he also performed. Aggie and Lana the nurses are very prompt at answering questions whether its during or after business hours and never make you feel like an inconvenience no matter how silly the question may feel. The billing manager Janet is seriously amazing with answering questions and always gives you a good laugh and lots of love! The staff exceeds the highest expectation. SWFC is family owned and it absolutely shows.
