Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Gunnala pursued his Bachelor’s at University California, San Diego and earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona, College of Medicine in Tucson, AZ. Following his residency in OB GYN at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, he completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the renowned Center for Reproductive Medicine at Weill Cornell.
A Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, he remains at the forefront of cutting-edge fertility treatments. His commitment to advancing the field of reproductive medicine extends beyond clinical practice, with numerous original research articles published in esteemed journals such as Fertility and Sterility, Human Reproduction, and PLoS One.
