We are forever thankful to Southwest fertility center for helping us conceive, the whole team is amazing. We consulted Dr.SUJATHA GUNNALA (Dr. SG), she is amazing, patient care oriented, kind, listens to your concerns, takes time to evaluate, suggests/administers the care needed. She gives options to try like IUI before trying IVF.
In our case, Before coming to Southwest Fertility Center we tried for 1 year to conceive naturally and our previous Obgyn did not even consider evaluating for polyp and was pushing us to wait 1 more year and keep trying to have baby naturally that’s when we consulted Dr. SG, she immediately prescribed multiple tests to evaluate the root cause of the issue, it was polyp in the uterus. She scheduled a surgery soon after and removed it. We did go with IUI because I was over 30 years old and I wanted to increase our chance of conceiving. But Dr. SG did not push any treatment on us. She always made sure to provide accurate information regarding success rate, side effects etc. before administering the care which helped us to set expectations and be prepared for mental and financial toll each treatment may come with. None of the care team pushed us into services/treatments that we were not comfortable going through.
They are not included in Progyny fertility treatment insurance, If your insurance uses Progyny for fertility treatment then they are out of network. But the care team discusses with you the cost of each treatment, any assistance and payment plans available from the get go.
We would definitely recommend Southwest fertility center for your fertility treatment needs, we have nothing bad to say about them.
