When we started our fertility journey we didn’t know what was to come. Truly naive to all that would be asked of us: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This journey led us through such a soul searching path and we couldn’t have made it through without the love and support of the Southwest Fertility family.
And this is why… From the moment we stepped foot in the door we were treated as family. We had been invited into their home and welcomed with open arms. After our first meeting with Dr. Vinay Gunnala we knew we had made the right choice. He listened to our story, genuinely interested to learn about us individually as well as a couple. He thoroughly explained each option and took the time to listen to all of our questions and concerns. Always took the time to be present with us. Same goes for the rest of the staff. No matter how busy the office would be, everyone was always pleasant and took time to answer any questions. Which is important since the staff is who you communicate with more. We never felt dismissed, unheard, or unappreciated.
My hope is your journey finds its destination soon…. however, if your journey takes time, as ours did, you will not have to venture this journey alone. The Southwest Fertility family will be by your side every step of the way. Everything from the joys and celebrations as well and the moments of grief or loss of strength. This is the family that will be right there by your side supporting you through it all. We truly believe we wouldn’t have made it as far as we did had it not been for them. Forever grateful for this extended family of ours!
